  1.     The MODERATOR UNBAN command, or /M UNBAN for short, removes a ban
  2. previously placed on a user with the MODERATOR BAN command.  The user did not
  3. necessarily have to be banned by you originally.  This command does not work in
  4. personal channels.  To remove a ban on a user, issue one of these commands:

  6. MODERATOR UNBAN <name>
  7. /M UNBAN <name>

  9.     <name> is the name or partial name of the user to unban.
